Chops - Method

Grill the chops on both sides until
cooked (time will depend on the thickness of your chop and the heat from your
grill)
Meanwhile, mix the topping ingredients to a paste
Cover the
chops on one side with the paste
Return to the grill and cook for a few minutes
until brown and bubbling - Serve!
Mixed Mash - Ingredients & Method
Ingredients
11/2 lbs of floury potatoes, such as King Edwards
11/2
lbs of other root vegetables (e.g. parsnips, carrots, swede etc)
**Potatoes
and celeriac make a wonderful combination
Method
Cook together until
tender and mash
Add 11/2 oz butter and a handful of chopped parsley and seasoning
(For
a tasty variation use crème fraiche and chopped chives)
