now be found in its conservatory. Providing well equipped accommodation,
you can treat yourself to the sophisticated, locally sourced cuisine in the stylish
Brasserie. Explore the chic surroundings and you'll be able to enjoy
a glass from from the extensive wine cellar, amid comfortable sofas and winter
log fires; or during summer months relax in the courtyard and soak up the sun
in the airy conservatory, where you will find a functioning fresh water well that
is said to date back to Roman times. Such features are further complemented
by a modern gym facility, making Browns the 'Town Hotel of the Year, 2006' according
to the prestigious 'The Good Hotel Guide Cesar Awards'. Restaurant
- Bar Renowned for its traditional Sunday lunches, the Brasserie features
a varied menu of locally sourced meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, chosen and
